Hastings Announces Rare Earth Process Design Work Awarded to Core
Hastings Rare Metals Limited is an ASX listed explorer developing the Yangibana Rare Earths project in Western Australia. After very successful drilling in the short period since acquiring the resource, Hastings has now commenced a Preliminary Feasibility Study on the project. Core has been awarded a key role in the study, to provide specialist process engineering and hydrometallurgical testwork for the programme.
The Yangibana resource is one of the largest and most accessible Rare Earths deposits in Australia. Hastings Rare Metals is targeting production of Neodymium, Praseodymium, Dysprosium and Europium from the Yangibana resource. Core will provide expert flowsheet design, testwork design and management, and testwork services to support the project.
