Core Resources is a privately owned resources development company. We take interests in resources projects, and we market minerals processing technologies.
A number of philosophies underpin Core's business. Core is run by a management team with career long experience in building and running resource projects, so we take a hands-on approach. Core has a strong, international shareholder group, and we leverage off their strengths in all aspects of resources development and financing. Core has successfully worked in partnership both with major international mining groups, and with smaller investors, and our ability to form productive relations with our partners is a major strength. We seek to pro-actively originate our investment opportunities by bringing together projects, management, finance, and technology, and we are averse to sourcing investments through participating in auctions.
Core has had involvement in projects in base metals, precious metals, coal, and bulk minerals; and it has been involved through all stages from exploration through feasibility study, financing, development, and production. Some case studies include bringing a world class base metals project from pre-feasibility to financing and construction; providing finance and expertise to advance a significant coal project through feasibility study; and supporting an advanced precious metals project through to a public market listing. Core acts as an agent for the licensing of the Albion Process technology for treatment of refractory ores - and Albion projects are currently under development worldwide on both base metals and precious metals applications.
